How good is it ? Masters Football is back as we kick off the 2018 season with fixtures all around the state. For some, all the hard work in the offseason to get “fitter” pays off, and for others the chance to catch up with mates over a weekly rehydration session after training becomes the highlight of the week. As we know, regular exercise or activity has so many positive impacts on health and wellbeing as does being involved in a club environment like a Masters Football club.
