AFLMWA Constitutional Review

The final stages of the Proposed new Constitution to bring AFL Masters WA in line with current laws pertainng to Incorporated Asociations is now upon us. A lot of hard and time consuming work has gone into producing this version of the new constition by your Board, so it is imperitive that clubs make the effort to attend the upcoming Delegates (Special General) Meeting to make sure a Quorum is obtained to allow a vote on accepting or rejecting this new constitution. Without a Quorum no vote can happen!

* 12th September - Final version of Constitution to be circulated to clubs, along with voting instructions

* 26th September – Vote on constitution at September Delegates meeting (attendance via electronic media option provided for Country Clubs).

NB: This has changed due to current constitutional requirements for 14 day written notice for voting on changes to the constitution.
